Job Responsibility
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement — 35%: Localize Implicity's messaging for the US market
Build and maintain US-specific sales collateral
Run continuous market intelligence
Produce content for US audiences
Support strategic marketing initiatives
Communication, Demand Generation & Direct Outreach — 50%: Own the US demand generation strategy end-to-end
Maximize Implicity's US online & offline footprint
Generate MQLs, warm them and hand them off to US sales team
Own end-to-end US account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
Own the US paid acquisition budget and channel mix
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and reliable attribution
Field Marketing & Event Activation — 15%: Define our US events strategy
Partner with the Global Event Manager to make US trade shows commercially impactful
Design pre-show outreach to book meetings, and post-show email sequences to convert booth traffic into qualified pipeline
Requirements
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS — cardiology or RPM experience is a strong advantage
Track record of delivering results in both product marketing (messaging, positioning, sales enablement) and demand generation (campaigns, lead nurturing, email marketing)
The full-stack profile: You can write a positioning & strategy doc in the morning to present to the ExCo and build an email workflow in the afternoon — without finding either task beneath you
Exceptional copywriting skills: you translate complex clinical AI data into punchy, physician-friendly copy
Hands-on with marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce, Brevo or equivalent)
Strong interest (if not already experience) in AI and how it will completely change the way marketing is done
Autonomy & execution: You thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments where the strategy and the execution are both yours to own
Comfortable being the only dedicated marketing resource in the US — with support from a global team and, over time, a potential intern or junior hire
