Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hands-on role is responsible for supporting the delivery of PEXA’s marketing plan to achieve business objectives and scorecard targets. This role is also accountable for ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned to business priorities, acting as a customer champion to validate that experiences journeys for each customer segment (whether existing or emerging) are optimized and consistent across channels and products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for our product launches, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and other channels, ensuring alignment to commercial targets
  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure our teams are enabled with the right messaging, tools, and collateral
  • Lead campaign orchestration
  • brief and direct content, creative, web, and automation specialists to bring campaigns to life
  • Balance priorities between driving demand and supporting retention, feature launches, and adjacent products
  • Monitor performance and optimise, using analytics and insights to refine campaigns and report outcomes to the leadership team
  • Ensure consistency of our brand across campaigns, creative, content and digital touchpoints and contribute to evolving how we are positioned in market
  • Play a key leadership role within the marketing team, acting as a senior partner to the Head of Marketing
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams including Customer Operations, Risk, Legal, and Tech
  • Champion marketing initiatives and successes across the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong background in product marketing, brand, and digital
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proficiency in digital analytics, reporting, and deriving actionable insights
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills with a track record of successful delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations and documentation
  • Commercially astute with a growth mindset and positive energy
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to solve problems and achieve the best outcomes for customers, the business, our people and the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
