Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager, IV Solutions supporting our Global Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITT) division, you will lead new product development projects for Baxter IV Solutions business. In this upstream leadership role, you will drive global product strategy, lead cross‑functional development teams, and shape the future of Baxter’s IV Solutions portfolio. You will define user needs, guide product direction, and deliver strong commercial and financial outcomes for products used across 75+ countries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals, including 2+ years in marketing
  • upstream innovation or Bio‑Design experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a Science/Technology field required
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Strategic, customer‑centric marketing leader with strong analytical skills, business intuition, and a proven ability to translate insights into action
