Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support our entry into the Nordic and Dutch defence and security markets. Working at the heart of our Global Defence & Security Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that grow our brand, strengthen client relationships, and drive commercial results. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, perfect for a driven B2B marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution, with a desire to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Campaign delivery: Manage impactful campaigns that build PA’s brand, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while optimizing performance through insights
  • Content creation: Work with experts to develop thought leadership pieces for target accounts and broader audiences
  • Social media: Develop LinkedIn and Haiilo content, mentoring consultants to enhance their online presence
  • Stakeholder engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to Nordics and NL defence and security consultants, fostering strong internal relationships
  • Digital marketing: Collaborate with digital specialists to create effective audience journeys, manage sector web pages, email campaigns, paid ads, webinars, and newsletters
  • Event planning and delivery: Organise key events, both owned and sponsored
  • CRM management: Support database growth, track client data, and deliver targeted marketing programs
  • Brand advocacy: Ensure all activities align with PA’s brand and purpose, acting as a proactive ambassador

Requirements

  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in the defence and security sector, min 2 years
  • An all-round, generalist marketer equally comfortable with high level planning of marketing campaigns, as well as hands on execution of marketing tactics such as writing social media and contact data entry
  • A solid understanding of marketing campaign principles, and the ability to deliver return on investment, ensuring alignment with brand and risk management
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Team-player able to successfully build strong working relationships across all levels of the business
  • Positive attitude, appetite to learn and focus on strong teamwork
  • Creative and analytical thinking
