The Senior Marketing Manager, CRM is responsible for developing and executing customer lifecycle and retention campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role leverages customer data, segmentation, and personalization to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful communications across channels such as email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Job Responsibility
Actively contributes to the CRM and customer lifecycle marketing strategy aligned to business goals
Design and manage lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and win-back
Develop segmentation strategies using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data
Lead end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand messaging
Establish testing and experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate testing) to continuously optimize performance
Define KPIs and measure CRM performance, including engagement and conversion
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improvement
Influence stakeholders through clear communication and data-backed recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and data integrations
Stay current on CRM trends, tools, and privacy/compliance requirements
Requirements
7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
