We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager for a 6–12 month contract with our client. This role is based in Goodlettsville, TN and requires 3 days onsite per week. This position leads the development and execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand impact. The role owns end-to-end campaign planning and execution, with a strong emphasis on lifecycle marketing, email/SMS performance, and customer retention. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns optimized for performance and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibility
Own and manage the marketing campaign calendar, aligning promotions with product priorities, seasonal moments, and market trends
Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full customer journey
Define campaign KPIs, including impressions, engagement, conversion, and revenue targets
Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Merchandising, Media, Digital) to align messaging and campaign execution
Oversee the creation, testing, and deployment of promotional offers and codes
Lead strategy and execution for email, SMS, and push notification channels
Build and optimize lifecycle programs (welcome, retention, re-engagement, loyalty journeys)
Drive list growth, segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies
Execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion
Develop initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Implement triggered journeys, lead generation programs, and loyalty campaigns
Leverage behavioral data to improve frequency, lifetime value, and retention
Partner with analytics to optimize performance and ROI
Partner with creative and content teams on campaign messaging and visual assets
Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning
Ensure assets align with brand standards, campaign goals, and channel needs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing
Strong background in email, SMS, CRM, and lifecycle strategy
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Responsys, or similar
Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-informed decisions
Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
Excellent project management and communication skills
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments preferred
