We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager, reporting in to the Head of Marketing which will be a key leader in the Marketing Team and Commercial Office within the Society. This role is responsible for end to end Marketing for our Business and Commercial Banking pillar.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Marketing professionals
  • Set the agenda for the area of responsibility ensuring alignment to the strategic plan and shared goals
  • Develop a strategy and report progress on the delivery of the objectives and key results
  • Hold the team to high standards to make sure all processes are followed appropriately and consistently
  • Role model our leadership capabilities and values
  • Help the team develop and demonstrate the desired capabilities and values
  • Actively help the Marketing Team and Commercial Office succeed, collaborating with other leaders to problem solve and drive positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong senior leadership experience in marketing and financial services
  • Experience of developing others and driving high standards
  • Project prioritisation experience as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Good understanding of customer needs and the wider regulatory landscape
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience of developing and implementing strategy
