The Senior Marketing Manager – Americas will lead the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across Airport Dimensions’ brands in North and South America. This role requires a highly organized and proactive marketer who can manage multiple priorities, deliver measurable results, and act as the regional lead for all marketing activity across new openings, refurbishments, campaigns, and ongoing brand performance and the reputation of Airport Dimensions’ products or services across both B2B and B2C audiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the North America marketing plan aligned with business and revenue targets
  • Lead strategic planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations across B2C and B2B audiences to build brand visibility and drive lounge visits
  • Produce and proofread high-quality written content for campaigns, social posts, websites, presentations and partner communications
  • Coordinate creative development, working with agencies and designers to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery
  • Manage the regional brand manual platform, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all materials
  • Review and approve marketing assets for accuracy, tone and brand consistency
  • Support partner marketing initiatives by reviewing copy, creative and placement to ensure alignment
  • Own regional social media planning and execution, including content creation, posting, community management and performance reporting
  • Partner with global digital teams to maintain and update regional web content, ensuring accuracy and optimization
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned, engaging and performance-led
  • Coordinate marketing support for industry events and sponsorships, from logistics to asset delivery
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for key marketing partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication
  • Track campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations for optimization
  • Support budget management and finance administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within travel, hospitality or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting and proofreading
  • Experience managing social media channels, agency relationships and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand tone
  • Creative and visually aware, with good judgment for design and messaging
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strategic, self-driven, and adaptable
