This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You'll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of annual marketing plans and overall business strategy
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
  • Manage portfolio performance, including sales, gross profit, and marketing spend ROI
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, and market access to shape strategy and execution
  • Lead brand awareness initiatives across digital, social, and commercial channels
  • Track and report campaign performance against defined KPIs
  • Execute brand strategies and marketing programs aligned to the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion)
  • Maintain and optimize sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including forecasting, demand planning, and issue resolution
  • Support pricing strategy and develop action plans to close gaps against sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record supporting successful new product launches
  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with supply chain coordination and financial forecasting
