Job Responsibility
Support the development of annual marketing plans and overall business strategy
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
Manage portfolio performance, including sales, gross profit, and marketing spend ROI
Partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, and market access to shape strategy and execution
Lead brand awareness initiatives across digital, social, and commercial channels
Track and report campaign performance against defined KPIs
Execute brand strategies and marketing programs aligned to the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion)
Maintain and optimize sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs
Manage the full product lifecycle, including forecasting, demand planning, and issue resolution
Support pricing strategy and develop action plans to close gaps against sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development and execution
Proven track record supporting successful new product launches
Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with supply chain coordination and financial forecasting
