We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Governance & Operations to lead governance, risk management, and operational excellence across digital and social platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, managing user access controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and mitigating operational risks across digital marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital governance, AdTech platforms, access management, compliance, and operational risk management while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive security, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement governance policies and operational processes for digital and social platforms
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and key control requirements
Maintain governance frameworks that support operational excellence and risk mitigation
Update and maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures, and compliance records
Design and implement processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digital platforms
Develop and maintain incident management protocols in partnership with Crisis Management teams
Monitor platform activities and proactively address security, compliance, and operational risks
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and revalidation processes across digital platforms
Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities for internal users and third-party platform users
Conduct periodic audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with governance standards
Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely access management activities
Develop and manage password governance strategies and security controls
Conduct password audits, compliance reviews, and refresh schedules
Evaluate and implement third-party password management solutions to improve security and efficiency
Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and access controls
Develop and deliver training programs related to access management, password security, phishing awareness, and incident response
Educate users on governance best practices and compliance requirements
Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and marketing teams to promote governance awareness
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on governance-related matters
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in digital governance, risk management, compliance, or operational governance roles
