This role is responsible for leading targeted marketing initiatives across a portfolio of priority centres, with a strong focus on improving performance, driving enrolments and strengthening local brand presence. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role, where you will partner closely with operations and cross-functional teams, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing programs, tools and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute local area marketing strategies tailored to priority centres to drive enrolment growth and engagement
Analyse campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Partner with key stakeholders including Regional, Area and Centre Managers to align marketing initiatives with operational needs
Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns that support demand generation, conversion and retention
Identify opportunities to strengthen centre visibility and performance within local communities
Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards and broader business strategy
Manage local area marketing budgets to maximise return on investment
Mentor and support junior marketing team members, contributing to capability development across the team
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Events or a related
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing roles managing campaigns and programs
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with CRM systems and local area marketing tools
Nice to have:
Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, ideally within multi-location or service-based environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience driving lead generation, customer engagement and conversion outcomes
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
