Job Responsibility:
Build and lead a new marketing analytics function, focused on data-led growth
Design and implement performance measurement frameworks across all marketing channels
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, GA, Adobe, and Google Tag Manager
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams
Analyse campaign, customer, and market data to inform strategy and spend allocation
Evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness to support commercial decision-making
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing data, analytics, and measurement
Advanced proficiency with GA, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with large-scale customer data and multi-million-pound budgets
Commercial thinker with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
