We are hiring a Senior Marketing Experimentation Specialist to join a top entertainment company in NYC.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop robust test plans (A/B, multivariate, geotests, incrementality studies, lift tests) to evaluate media tactics, creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with channel managers (social, search, display, video, programmatic) to implement tests, ensure flawless QA, and proactively adjust tactics based on early performance indicators
  • Synthesize results into clear business narratives, translating statistical findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign strategy
  • Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap to explore emerging platforms, AI/ML bidding, value-based strategies, and automation opportunities
  • Partner with analytics, strategy, and planning teams to ensure test designs align with business goals and measurement frameworks
  • Create best practice documentation and present learnings to leadership, influencing future investment and audience strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in paid media or growth experimentation (agency, in-house, or platform)
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies (incrementality, causal inference, geosplit), platform reporting (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs), and analytics tools (GA, SQL, Excel/Sheets)
  • Comfortable with statistical significance, confidence intervals, and interpreting complex data sets
  • Exceptional ability to distill technical concepts into concise, executive-ready insights
  • Proven track record working across teams to execute high-impact tests at scale
