We are hiring a Senior Marketing Experimentation Specialist to join a top entertainment company in NYC.
Job Responsibility:
Develop robust test plans (A/B, multivariate, geotests, incrementality studies, lift tests) to evaluate media tactics, creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with channel managers (social, search, display, video, programmatic) to implement tests, ensure flawless QA, and proactively adjust tactics based on early performance indicators
Synthesize results into clear business narratives, translating statistical findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign strategy
Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap to explore emerging platforms, AI/ML bidding, value-based strategies, and automation opportunities
Partner with analytics, strategy, and planning teams to ensure test designs align with business goals and measurement frameworks
Create best practice documentation and present learnings to leadership, influencing future investment and audience strategy
Requirements:
3+ years in paid media or growth experimentation (agency, in-house, or platform)
