This hybrid role is based at our London Bridge headquarters (London, United Kingdom), with a flexible office and remote working model requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. We are looking for an energetic senior marketing executive to support the regional field marketing team initiatives in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual to grow into a marketing expert. Ideal candidates will have a passion for integrating digital and real-life marketing through campaigns and events.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and execute both digital and in-person events
Handle logistics and day-of support for virtual and in-person events
Manage speaker outreach and coordination
Conduct vendor research and selection
Drive registrations
Create internal prep documents
Manage smaller 3rd party event sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities
Track timelines and deliverables
Ensure the event and email calendars are updated
Work with the global online marketing team to schedule communications
Carry out basic data entry (creating web pages, surveys, calendar events)
Prepare target lists for campaigns
Identify content opportunities from existing events
Monitor and record receipts and invoices
Ensure the EMEA marketing budget remains current
Support marketing department initiatives
Plan, execute, and track marketing programs
Write and proof copy for marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, case studies
Provide project support for marketing initiatives
Execute marketing campaigns and monitor results
Assist in building out the Account Based Marketing program
Manage the ABM and company gifting platform Reachdesk
Support the generation of Engagements, MQLs, and SQOs
Assist with localisation strategies for international growth
Requirements:
At least 2 years of marketing experience
Solid foundation in the field
Hands-on experience delivering marketing communications (email and social media)
Excellent time management
Proactive and goal-oriented
Event planning experience from start to finish
Experience executing small-scale events
Ability to build strong relationships within multi-disciplinary teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercial judgment and initiative
Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Hubspot is a plus)
Confident with stakeholders
