Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer in Taiwan to play a pivotal role in scaling our brand presence and creative strategy in the local market. This role will be responsible for shaping a cohesive brand image, driving data-informed creative experimentation, and delivering impactful design solutions across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life and ensure our creative work resonates deeply with users.

Job Responsibility

  • Elevate the brand image by developing and maintaining consistent, high-quality design assets across all touchpoints
  • Plan creative strategies that align with the global brand direction while tailoring them for the local market
  • Plan and execute iterative improvements on landing pages, websites, and customer-facing experiences using data insights. Design and test experiments (e.g., A/B tests, design iterations) to optimize creative performance
  • Build and manage a creative roadmap, ensuring sustainable long-term growth of brand and design efforts
  • Own the brand and campaign visual design, iterating and refining based on performance data

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand and marketing campaign design
  • Proven experience in building brand image or leading brand campaigns through design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work
  • Proficiency in design tools
  • strong skill set across visual and digital design
  • Deep understanding of local design preferences and cultural nuances, with ability to translate them into creative work
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with an experiment-driven mindset
  • Experience in using data to iterate and optimize creative strategies, landing pages, or design assets
  • Fluency in business English
  • communicating with the global team at Speak on a daily level should not be a blocker to get things done
