Alfa Laval Energy Division Marketing is looking for Senior Marketing Campaign Lead. In this role, you will define campaign strategy and content architecture, manage cross-functional teams and timelines, optimize campaigns using real-time data, and develop activation kits for business units & sales companies. You will own large divisional integrated marketing initiatives, acting as the internal agency led by orchestrating cross-functional teams and enabling Sales Companies to activate locally with excellence. This role requires running agile teams aligned with divisional calendars and BU roadmaps, partnering closely with business owners and performance marketing for amplification. In this role you will be responsible for leading divisional campaign plans and key creative platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing/Communications or similar
  • 8+ years driving integrated campaigns

  • proven content + media orchestration across B2B and/or B2C
  • Proven experience of managing high impact marketing campaigns for/in global organizations, collaborating with global teams and managing budgets
  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure in high pace environments and managing global stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns driving brand & sales KPIs
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken
