Job Description

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate for our client partner. The Sr. Marketing Associate plays an essential role in supporting our client’s digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in digital media and advertising including creator and influencer trends, creative, reporting and data insights – all with an eye for detail. They will collaborate with multiple internal groups across our client, as well as external influencer and agency partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Reporting to the managers of social and paid media
  • Execution and day-to-day support of influencer and paid digital marketing campaigns, which can include social media, search, video, and display media channels
  • Agency and Influencer Partner Collaboration and Outreach
  • Regularly collaborate with agency and media partners to plan and execute influencer and paid media campaigns
  • Nurture and develop relationships within the digital influencer community as a primary point of contact
  • Partner with retail teams to execute on-site influencer activations
  • Execute earned influencer giftings, managing lists, and fulfillment
  • Campaign Briefing and Implementation
  • Lead influencer selection and briefing in addition to creative briefing for social and paid media campaigns
  • Ensure the timely review, handoff and implementation of influencer and paid media campaigns and assets in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of key campaign schedules as well as physical and digital assets in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Support social media content creation for cross-channel marketing initiatives
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Perform thorough quality assurance of campaign assets and ensure compliance with policy and media channel best practices
  • Partner with legal for contracting and negotiations of influencer deals and work collaboratively with IMC on streamlining deals
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Work with the Media Manager and Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to measure, analyze, optimize and report on influencer and paid media campaign performance in alignment with marketing goals, industry benchmarks and media channel best practices
  • Assist with campaign invoicing and billing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing and influencer or brand partnerships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with database management programs
  • Proficiency in social media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Amazon, Yelp, etc.) and programmatic
  • Digital expertise - savvy, creative, and knowledgeable about who and what is trending in the digital and influencer space
  • Strong knowledge of the various influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega) and an established network of agents and managers
  • Exceptionally organized and able to speak to both internal and external team
  • Team player, but self-motivated/self-starter that is able to work independently
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) and able to liaise internally across partners and externally with vendors and influencers
