We’re looking for a high-energy, execution-centric Senior Marketing Analyst to lead downstream marketing efforts for one of the fastest-growing products in our Advanced Surgery portfolio. This unique role offers the opportunity to market directly to both clinicians and patients, driving brand awareness and adoption through innovative, customer-centric strategies. The expectation of this role is to accelerate growth and expand into key regions, leveraging DTC marketing strategies and high-impact KOL engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute all downstream marketing activities for the brand, including go-to-market strategy, budget management and sales execution
Develop and implement comprehensive customer programs, training initiatives, and conference strategies
Build and lead a clinical social media strategy in partnership with Marketing Communications to engage both healthcare professionals and patients
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and upstream marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact
Travel as needed to engage with customers, support sales teams, and represent the brand at key events
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people and driving engagement
Experience developing and executing social media strategies, especially in clinical or healthcare settings
Comfortable with travel and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
