We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to support a paid media team focused on engagement and retention, bringing together strong analytical rigor and hands-on paid marketing expertise. This role is ideal for someone who understands how paid media works and knows how to design, execute, and analyze experiments that drive smarter marketing investment decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Experiment Design & Strategy: Develop and manage robust experimentation plans, including A/B and multivariate tests, geo-split and incrementality studies, lift tests, and causal inference approaches across paid media channels
Execution & QA: Partner with paid media channel managers (paid social, search, display, video, programmatic) to implement tests, ensure flawless QA, and monitor early performance signals
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets and translate statistical results—significance, confidence intervals, and lift—into clear, actionable insights that improve media efficiency and ROI
Innovation & Learning Agenda: Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap focused on emerging platforms, AI/automation, value-based bidding, and advanced measurement techniques
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, strategy, and planning teams to ensure experimentation aligns with business goals and measurement frameworks
Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices and present executive-ready insights that inform future media, engagement, and retention strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, growth experimentation, or marketing analytics (agency, in-house, or platform)
Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, with hands-on experience working with paid social and digital media partners
Deep analytical skill set, including experimentation methodologies such as incrementality testing, geo-testing, and causal inference
Experience with media platform reporting (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs) and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
Ability to distill complex technical findings into concise, executive-ready insights
Nice to have:
SQL experience (a plus, not required)
Background in lifecycle marketing, engagement, or retention analytics
Experience driving adoption of AI or automation within paid media through structured experimentation
