We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the marketing organization. This role will leverage advanced analytics to connect marketing investments to business outcomes and own the end-to-end analytics process—from data aggregation to insight generation. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Databricks to unify complex datasets, apply robust attribution methodologies, and uncover actionable insights that improve performance across customer segments.
Job Responsibility
Architect, maintain, and leverage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Databricks
Unify multiple data sources to enable holistic, cross-channel analysis
Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models
Analyze channel performance across conversion metrics including CPA, AOV, and ROAS
Evaluate performance by customer segment
Connect marketing spend across channels to key business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC)
Provide recommendations for budget allocation and investment optimization
Partner with media agencies to assess campaign effectiveness and improve performance
Support website and app analytics to improve conversion rates
Lead A/B testing analysis across landing pages, creative, targeting, and offers
Perform complex data analysis including extraction, normalization, and aggregation of large datasets
Generate insights to inform marketing strategy
Analyze customer behavior across demographics and segments
Track segment performance over time and recommend targeted strategies
Identify opportunities for personalization and improved engagement
Conduct regression and correlation analysis to identify drivers of conversion, churn, and engagement
Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast performance trends
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards using CJA Workspace and Databricks
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within eCommerce or complex B2C environments
Experience working with paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and CRM/email platforms
1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Advanced proficiency in Databricks for data manipulation and analysis
Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution methodologies (algorithmic, time-decay, custom models)
Experience conducting statistical analysis (correlation, regression) to evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior
Nice to have
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Experience Data Model (XDM)
Exposure to text analytics, sentiment analysis, or customer feedback analysis
Background in data science, including machine learning for targeting optimization or forecasting
