Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who obsesses over data, understands marketing channels at a granular level, and leverages AI tools to unlock insights that drive GTM performance. In this role, you will be part of the AI Marketing Ops team, working to measure, optimize, and scale our marketing campaigns through intelligent analytics, real-time dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibility

  • Track and analyze channel performance across the full marketing stack
  • Measure and optimize ROI across campaigns and initiatives
  • Build and maintain pipeline funnel analytics
  • Experiment with AI-powered analytics tools
  • Build intelligent dashboards and reporting systems
  • Analyze attribution and customer journey
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Run experiments and measure impact
  • Create predictive models and forecasts
  • Enable the GTM team with data

Requirements

  • Fluent with data tools and platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, paid ad platforms, email analytics systems, BI tools)
  • Ability to pull data, query databases, or write simple SQL
  • Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and can build complex formulas, pivot tables, and data models
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics platforms like Infinigrow, Amoeb.ai, Crayon, Dimension, or similar tools
  • Obsess over marketing metrics and understand GTM deeply (MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, LTV, payback period, attribution)
  • Actively exploring the AI analytics landscape
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and learning fast
  • Think systematically about data
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Communicate clearly and tell stories with data
  • Have a builder's mindset—iterate fast, comfortable with 80% done today rather than perfect in three weeks, and ship continuously
