Job Description

As a Senior Market Manager, your role will entail ensuring the health and expansion of our supply in your assigned territory by managing individual hotel and/or chain accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. Focusing on these responsibilities, you will build the Hotel category's market presence in your assigned territory and collaborate with other teams as the local in-market expert. This includes partnering, strategizing, and running daily operations directly with hotels and ensuring that HotelTonight and Airbnb always have the best inventory and deals available for our guests. Senior Market Managers are self-starters, versed in operating autonomously, and acting as mentors to fellow colleagues. You will promote best practice sharing, team collaboration, and strategic thinking through leading by example. You will help resolve challenges and ensure that partners feel valued and supported by our platforms. This will include regular partner meetings in which you will review performance and opportunities to optimize on our platforms. Ultimately, you are responsible for growing and supporting this business.

  • Meet and exceed OKRs by owning the performance and success of the hotels within your portfolio
