Job Responsibility
Execute structured telemarketing and relationship based cold-calling campaigns targeting decision-makers across approved customer segments
Qualify prospects and hand over confirmed meetings to Sales through HubSpot
Design and execute intent-based email campaigns, cold email sequences, and lead nurturing workflows
Identify, onboard, and manage local agents, affiliates, and referral partners
Coordinate with AWS Account Managers and Partner Success Managers for market-specific prospecting activities
Capture and follow up on all leads generated through events & exhibitions within 48 hours
Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
Handle objections effectively and qualify prospects using MQL/SQL criteria
Track outreach performance and continuously optimize conversion metrics
Build strong external relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, MDR, Inside Sales, or related roles
Prior experience within Digital Services, IT Services, Technology, Cloud, or B2B SaaS environments
Hands-on experience in telemarketing, cold calling, and structured outbound outreach
Strong understanding of lead qualification methodologies (MQL/SQL)
Proven experience using HubSpot CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking
Experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Outreach, ReachInbox, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Exposure to the North America and Western Europe markets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage EST/GMT time-zone-based outreach activities
Excellent objection handling and relationship-building capabilities
Nice to have
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP partner ecosystems and co-sell models
Experience managing referral networks, affiliates, or partner ecosystems
Knowledge of campaign attribution and UTM tracking fundamentals
Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach tools and personalization platforms
Prior experience managing or mentoring small teams
