The opportunity: You'll take ownership of a team of 5 marine technicians (across varying levels), leading the technical function across Marine Hull, War, Cargo, and some Aviation risks. You'll be: The go-to technical authority for the marine team; Working closely with brokers and senior stakeholders; Driving standards, process improvements, and quality; Having real input into how the technical function evolves as the business grows.
