Senior Manufacturing Product Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Product Engineer to help deliver on MDO’s strategy to 'Make it. Ship it. Love it.' This role exists at the intersection of product design and factory execution. It leverages product knowledge, robust engineering methods, and continual improvement mindset to deliver on our operational objectives of cost, quality, and scale. People who thrive in this role are relentlessly curious, challenge assumptions, and persevere through challenge. Their breadth of knowledge across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines enables them to rapidly isolate contributing factors and lead cross-functional peers through root cause/corrective action workstreams. They are effective at navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and delivering results through global partners.
