Why this role is right for you: You already have solid experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering and want to take the next step: more responsibility, broader project exposure, and the opportunity to shape real production systems. In our Manufacturing Services team, you will work on hands-on factory and production projects, combining Lean methods, factory planning, and digital approaches. You will contribute your experience, deepen your expertise, and progressively take on more responsibility within customer projects. This role is ideal for engineers who want to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic environment while remaining close to real industrial implementation.
Job Responsibility:
Apply Lean Manufacturing methods (e.g. Value Stream Design, 5S, standardized processes) in production environments
Analyze manufacturing systems to identify improvement potential across processes, layouts, capacities, and material flows
Create and evaluate layout and value stream concepts, supported by data analysis and simulations where appropriate
Develop production and assembly concepts (line design, workstation concepts, material supply)
Prepare, facilitate, and support workshops, planning sessions, and improvement events
Collaborate with management on strategies and ensure implementation on the shop floor
Contribute to digitalization initiatives in manufacturing (e.g. data-supported planning, digital factory tools)
Take responsibility in factory planning and production projects (brownfield & greenfield)
Support industrialization and ramp-up phases, including stabilization and continuous improvement
