Job Description:

At 3Shape we work to improve treatment and diagnostics for dental patients. This is our purpose. We do it by providing innovative software solutions and 3D scanners for the global community of dental professionals. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You will be a key player in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality, working closely with our development squads to ship dependable, medical, user-focused products.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-End Quality Ownership: Perform rigorous testing throughout the development lifecycle and execute final release verifications to ensure every build is production ready
  • Protocol Development: Transform complex software specifications and requirements into clear, actionable verification test protocols
  • Integrated Collaboration: Work as a fully integrated member of the development team, providing immediate feedback and participating in the shift-left approach to quality

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in software testing with a deep focus on functional testing expertise
  • Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced sprint cycles
  • Proficiency with industry-standard collaboration and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
  • Proven experience using test management systems
  • An autonomous professional who thrives while working fully integrated within development teams

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Jama is considered a strong plus
