Job Responsibility:
Lead a high-performing team and mid-level managers to deliver a multi‑billion construction program for the Central Puget Sound
Create and execute integrated plans, policies, and strategies for large–to–medium construction projects
Secure and allocate resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
Influence, build and sustain stakeholder, partner, and team relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration
Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes while supporting source selection, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize outcomes
Manage, develop, and motivate a diverse project management team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement
Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
Requirements:
10+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
10+ years of experience in project management or construction management
10+ years of experience leading or managing large or complex teams of managers and/or non-management employees
5+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
5+ years of experience in financial acumen
5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects or transactions
10% domestic travel
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 required
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, business management or related field
PMP Certification
Experience with Data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Experience with construction software (Procore or similar)
