Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and adaptable Senior Manager to join our Sales Enablement, Field Activation & Communication Team. In this role, you will drive enablement, activation, and engagement strategies for PBM account teams while ensuring effective issue resolution and organizational alignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating multiple stakeholders across multiple functional areas to immediately resolve escalated issues that impact multiple clients
  • supporting activity to identify and confirm breadth of issues
  • ensuring timely, clear, complete, thorough and consistent documentation of remediation activity
  • challenging and probing Business Unit leaders for effective Root Cause Analysis and Remediation plans
  • developing and executing high-impact programs to equip field teams with the knowledge, tools, and narratives they need to succeed
  • working closely with senior leaders, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and clarity in messaging
  • crafting compelling communications, presentations, and learning materials
  • guiding teams through evolving market and organizational changes
  • independently driving initiatives while contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management in a professional services environment
  • 5+ years healthcare industry experience
  • ability and flexibility to accommodate minimal travel
  • demonstrated ability to systematically think through complex topics, distilling them into actionable phases
  • proven ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them effectively across various levels of an organization
  • experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments where adaptability is key
  • strong interpersonal skills, and relationship building abilities
  • a team-first attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • self-motivated, proactive and hungry to make an impact

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce.com experience
  • adept at navigating and applying new technology including AI for business processes
  • PBM experience
  • client-facing/client relationship management experience
