Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a high-performing education recruitment team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success
Run and grow your own billing desk, setting the commercial benchmark for the branch
Build and develop a pipeline of top internal recruitment talent, ensuring your team has the capacity and capability to grow
Drive territory growth strategy, identifying new opportunities across Primary, Secondary, SAFS, and SEND markets
Partner with the Operam Education Group leadership and Value Creation teams to influence wider business strategy and growth initiatives
Mentor and develop consultants, supporting career progression and high performance across the team
Build strong, trusted relationships with schools and MATs, helping them secure exceptional educators and strengthen their educational outcomes
Requirements:
Strong experience in Education recruitment
A successful track record in team leadership and management
Proven success in billing and developing profitable desks
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion
The ability to inspire, mentor and develop consultants to achieve their potential
