At Docebo, the workplace is more than where we work—it’s how we connect, collaborate, and thrive together. As a high-growth global SaaS organization, we’re reimagining workplace experience to support scale, navigate change, and create a sense of belonging for teams across the world. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to build and lead this function globally. You’ll shape how our workplaces operate today while designing what they need to become as Docebo continues to grow. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and senior leadership to create workplace experiences that are efficient, compliant, human-centered, and aligned with business goals.

Own and lead global workplace operations across all Docebo offices, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards while respecting local nuance
Design and implement standardized workplace experience and office management practices, policies, and programs that scale with the organization
Lead, coach, and support regional office managers, fostering accountability, development, and operational excellence across regions
Partner closely with the People team to support onboarding experiences, in-office programming, engagement initiatives, and moments that matter across the employee lifecycle
Oversee workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance across regions, ensuring adherence to local health, safety, and environmental standards
Manage global vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers, balancing quality, cost optimization, and employee experience
Own and manage the global workplace budget, including forecasting, reporting, and identifying efficiencies aligned with business priorities
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives such as office moves, expansions, redesigns, and new workplace programs in partnership with IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance
Define and track KPIs for workplace operations and experience, using data and employee feedback to continuously improve
Act as a change leader, helping teams navigate growth, transformation, and evolving ways of working
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, or a related field
At least 3 years in a global, multi-location leadership role
Proven experience leading and developing teams across regions and time zones
Strong understanding of global workplace safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience managing complex budgets, vendor contracts, and operational planning at scale
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
High comfort with ambiguity and change
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company is strongly preferred
