Oversee the end-to-end execution and administration of long term incentive programs to ensure alignment with corporate performance goals
Manage annual salary review cycles, benchmarking exercises, and variable pay structures to maintain market competitiveness
Act as a subject matter expert for the leadership team on complex benefits harmonization and executive compensation matters
Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in total rewards management
Proven track record in the design and delivery of long term incentives and executive compensation frameworks
Strong analytical competency with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
