Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology to drive the evolution of the company's technology ecosystem. This executive will manage software development, platform operations, data systems, AI initiatives, and technical support infrastructure while building a clear multi-year roadmap that supports company growth, operational effectiveness, and strong customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring vision, disciplined execution, and the management ability to strengthen accountability, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Lead quarterly and annual technology planning aligned to company priorities
Manage and execute a multi-year technology roadmap spanning platforms, systems, architecture, and AI initiatives
Oversee internal and external software development, including partnership with the internal product team and external developers
Set priorities across development roadmaps, integrations, resource allocation, and release planning
Lead ongoing efforts in data automation, migration, warehousing, and reporting, including data visibility and platform integration work
Develop AI strategy and implementation across internal operations and customer-facing experiences
Partner closely with academic, operations, product, and executive leadership to align technology with organizational and customer goals
Oversee support systems, KPIs, escalations, and process improvement for both employee IT and customer-facing support
Evaluate operational bottlenecks, improve accountability systems, and identify automation opportunities
Coach and develop team members, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support hiring and organizational development as the technology team grows
Requirements
Proven experience scaling technology organizations through internal and external product, services, and technology innovation
Strong strategic and visionary leadership paired with disciplined execution and accountability
Proven people management skills in a high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation and AI-driven operational improvement
Experience in software development, platform operations, technical support, and data systems in a complex organization
Ability to balance responsiveness and collaboration with clear prioritization and roadmap protection
