Job Description:

A strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Payor & Life Sciences technology leadership team, driving organizational priorities, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate vision into execution.

Job Responsibility:

Drive progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with organization goals
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead or support special projects, including vendor evaluations, colleague engagement etc.
Prepare executive-level presentations like Monthly Business Reviews, and strategic communications
Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure timely follow-ups
Manage effective leadership meetings

Requirements:

Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
5+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
