In this role, you will be a key leader on the business team, ideating, innovating, and delivering on post transaction capabilities that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and profit for Walmart eCommerce. You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering the annual financial and customer satisfaction goals for the eCommerce business.
Job Responsibility:
Defining long-term vision and technology strategy around the capabilities needed to deliver best in class fulfillment experiences.
Providing thought leadership on internal and external best practices and standards to drive decision making.
Conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments.
Working cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations.
Leading key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members including SCM, Design, Product, Store Operations and more.
Working with product to build prototypes to communicate design ideas to users and internal stakeholders.
Conducting research, user testing and validation.
Defining metrics and KPIs that will help us measure and track business goals.
Communicating roadmaps and priorities and collaborating across business areas for roadmap prioritization.
Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
Seeking patents to protect innovative ideas and products
Requirements:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
5 years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to bridge data with business insights
Team player who is a self-starter
Customer-centric & curious
Previous eCommerce or Retail experience
operations or customer experience roles a plus
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
