Job Description:

We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) business. In this role you will help shape our strategy and operations, product strategy, and cost savings, while prioritizing solutions that enhance our value proposition for sellers and drive meaningful bottom-line returns on our P&L. The ideal candidate has great problem-solving skills, executive-level communication, worked in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills (e.g., SQL). If you are interested in building a new business from the ground up and solving large and impactful problems at scale, then this role could be for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
  • Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
  • Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area
  • manages risks associated with implementation.
  • Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

Requirements:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
