Job Responsibility:

  • Provides guidance, training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and help drive their performance
  • Manages recruitment for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, ensuring placements meet client expectations and company standards
  • Develops plans for regular high-volume staffing needs, especially for temporary workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
  • Develops online and offline sourcing strategies, utilizing personal networks and high-level industry connections to find readily available Enterprises
  • Develops and tracks KPIs for recruitment performance within Enterprise, such as quality-of-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, and retention rates
  • Ensures recruitment efforts for more senior and long-term operational roles are coordinated with internal mobility and succession planning initiatives to facilitate top talent retention within the company
  • Creates succession planning strategies for the senior operational roles in collaboration with HR and senior leaders to ensure talent pipeline for critical roles is ready when needed

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines
  • Provides management and direction to professional employees may occasionally manage supervisors or managers
  • Has accountability for the budget/P&L, performance and results of a team or multiple diverse teams
