We are seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition with a master's degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification, along with 7 plus years of experience in technical recruitment.
Job Responsibility
Determine current staffing needs and develop hiring forecasts aligned with business goals
Strong focus on hiring velocity and ability to drive reduced turnaround time (TAT) for fulfilling open positions
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and structured hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice
Perform and oversee sourcing activities to fill open roles and build future talent pipelines
Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, and offer management
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages
Supervise, mentor, and manage the performance of Talent Acquisition team members
Drive recruiter productivity through clear KPIs and performance tracking
Utilize HR analytics to gather, analyze, and interpret recruitment data
Generate regular reports and provide insights to senior management on recruitment performance, trends, and optimization opportunities
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support employee retention and workforce development initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Minimum 4 years of experience managing recruitment teams
Proven experience in hiring for technology roles, including both high-volume and niche hiring
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment tools
Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and analytics tools
