Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a team

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Sales/GTM recruiting leadership experience
  • Experience leading a team of managers and/or senior level recruiters
  • You've seen scale on a global basis
  • having operated and successfully navigated in a high-growth, high-volume, complex environment before
  • You fundamentally understand the levers that allow for recruiting to scale: team, process, brand, leadership, communication, tools, etc.
  • Confident influencer and the ability to find shared success with stakeholders
