Influence hiring manager and partner expectations for a shared understanding of what great looks like in hiring at Uber using data, external benchmarks, and expertise

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a team
Nice to have
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
Sales/GTM recruiting leadership experience
Experience leading a team of managers and/or senior level recruiters
You've seen scale on a global basis
having operated and successfully navigated in a high-growth, high-volume, complex environment before
You fundamentally understand the levers that allow for recruiting to scale: team, process, brand, leadership, communication, tools, etc.
Confident influencer and the ability to find shared success with stakeholders
Proven success managing and developing teams through a performance review process
