Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, LRCO (Legal, Risk & Compliance Office), you will be reporting to the Chief of Staff of LRC and will be part of a team of ex-top consultants focusing on enhancing and upgrading the division’s strategy and processes. This role offers the potential to build and lead a high-performing team, scaling the governance program company-wide.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of high-stakes strategic initiatives and 'CEO-level' special projects that define our global trajectory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for executive leadership, navigating complex cross-functional landscapes to align global stakeholders on mission-critical deliverables
  • Data-driven approach: Deploy first-principles thinking and advanced analytics to institutionalize organizational health and operational excellence
  • Architect a Global Division: Drive the division’s internal strategy by orchestrating global budgets, scaling organizational design, and leading high-impact people initiatives to institutionalize a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leadership in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB preferred) or a high-growth environment
  • Someone who enjoys ‘getting things done’ and finds ways to drive tangible outcomes
  • A strategic thinker and analytical in your approach to developing strategies
  • Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes
  • Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
  • Experience with tool procurement, vendor management, and process automation
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or relevant certification)
