Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be the strategic operator that accelerates Ethos’ Direct-To-Consumer business—driving new growth initiatives from start to finish while owning the organization-wide planning, goal-setting, and resourcing processes that ensure all teams are focused on the highest-impact work and executing at maximum velocity. The Consumer business has endless opportunities for growth across an expanding product portfolio, the full customer lifecycle, and multiple acquisition and retention channels. Develop a nuanced understanding of how various products, channels, and teams inter-play and leverage that understanding to guide teams across product, marketing, sales, and engineering towards the right goals and priorities
