Job Description:

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Finance who will play a pivotal part in helping us develop and execute our growth strategies. In this role, you will support various executive and functional leaders with some of their most critical and pressing strategic issues; such as developing our long-term and short-term strategic plans, evaluating and executing on key growth opportunities, identifying ways to improve margins, building business cases for investment decisions, and creating board and investor update presentations. The ideal candidate has high ownership, strong analytical skills, and an ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems. The dynamic role spans across the business, requiring strong cross functional collaboration and strategic vision to influence decision making at all levels. Reporting to the Sr Director of Strategy & Finance, you will join a collaborative team of passionate professionals who thrive on driving strategy, rapid execution, and who are driven by creating a meaningful impact in the health and wellness space. This is an individual contributor role with opportunity to grow into a managerial role as we continue to scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Overall Strategic Planning: Play a critical role in the annual strategic planning process, from evaluating market opportunities to developing business cases, financial forecasts, and comprehensive strategic plans
  • Assist in preparing the long-range financial plan, incorporating strategic initiatives and operating plans under various scenarios
  • Help execute strategic projects to ensure the business stays aligned with its strategic priorities and financial goals
  • Drive Analyses and Track KPIs: Track and analyze key business performance metrics, uncovering areas for optimization and value creation
  • Partner with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate growth levers and drive data-backed decision-making
  • Develop and present financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Execute Strategies: Collaborate with executives and functional leadership to evaluate business opportunities, including new business lines, market expansion, margin optimization, and other growth initiatives
  • Facilitate effective decision-making through in-depth analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and regular communication of business insights
  • Lead internal discussions with operations and cross-functional teams to advance the company’s strategic priorities
  • Apply rigorous financial evaluation to optimize capital allocation across the business
  • Assist External Stakeholders and Board Reporting: Prepare materials and presentations for external audiences such as the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders
  • Translate complex analyses, business cases, and financial forecasts into compelling narratives for external stakeholders
  • Support investor relations activities, including the preparation of sell-side materials and corporate communications
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for lenders and investors

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy/strategic finance within a high-growth company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Masters degree is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • High degree of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
