Job Description

In Global Operations, to support this strategy, we have launched our new Global Operation Plan 7. Here, you will be leading the work to make the plan come to life and create a huge impact for Global Operations and Coloplast by making sure the plan is effectively executed and delivers the impact for our users and business. Welcome to the Operations Excellence management team. Based at our Coloplast HQ, you will join our Operations Excellence management team. Here, 5 other senior managers collaborate to cover the areas of our Transformation Office, Digitalization, our Project and Portfolio office and Project Management. Drive strategy deployment and identify future opportunities. In this role, you will focus on deploying the strategy effectively while continuously identifying opportunities to develop our organization toward our 2030 ambition.

Job Responsibility

  • Establishing governance structures to monitor progress and resolve roadblocks in close collaboration with our Transformation Office and other functions
  • Ensuring strategy deployment and performance management go hand in hand
  • Leading change management efforts to support adoption and engagement in close collaboration with our P&C partner
  • Ensuring consistent messaging of strategic priorities across the organization
  • Facilitating feedback loops to refine execution and identify new opportunities
  • Supporting the VP for Operations Excellence with opportunity maturation, analysis, and stakeholder feedback surveys

Requirements

  • Hold a BA and preferably an MA in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Have solid experience in strategy deployment, operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Have experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated healthcare environments
  • Possess a high level of business acumen and strategic thinking, allowing you to translate corporate/global operations strategy into operational plans
