Job Responsibility

  • Set and execute sourcing strategies for Private Brands to drive profitable growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners
  • Influence key decisions across product development, supply chain, and merchandising
  • Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative private brand products
  • Serve as the category expert, anticipating trends and driving business forward

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area
  • Option 2: 6 years' experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area
  • Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women's categories
  • 7+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing, including major brand or importer/agent experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business priorities
