Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area
  • Option 2: 6 years' experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area
  • Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women's categories
  • 7+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing, including major brand or importer/agent experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business priorities
