Brief Overview: Manages day-to-day execution of predefined and ad hoc engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Serves as primary contact for delivery coordination and ensures high-quality, on-time execution aligned with product standards.
Job Responsibility:
Manages engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications
Translates product specifications into client-ready outputs and presentations.
Coordinates cross-functional contributors across analytics, product, and operation
Tracks engagement performance metrics and proactively mitigates risks
Ensures adherence to defined scope and delivery standards
Identifies process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
Supports revenue growth through identification of additional client needs
Provides guidance to Business Analysts to ensure analytical rigor and quality control
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
6-8 years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
