Job Description:

Senior Manager role leading a team focused on COBRA and Eligibility operations at CVS Health, responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational performance, and collaborating across departments to transform healthcare services.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of approximately 20 staff members
Manage COBRA and Eligibility related responsibilities
Collaborate across multiple Eligibility teams
Inventory and production management
Developing and executing training plans
Training, coaching, and mentoring direct reports
Assessing performance against standards and KPIs
Participating on or leading Enterprise level initiatives
Sales, Marketing and Client Services collaboration
Cross departmental collaboration and support

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years leadership experience
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
Experience with conflict resolution
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

5-10 years leadership experience
3+ years experience with COBRA operations
Familiar with the DG claims/benefit system
Working knowledge of Salesforce
