Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with strong full stack development experience to guide agile teams, oversee high‑quality delivery, and contribute directly to solution design and development. The role blends hands-on engineering (around 80%) with agile leadership responsibilities (around 20%), supporting a team working across development, testing and DevOps functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Enforce and uphold Scrum practices, ensuring smooth execution of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support the team by removing internal and external impediments that may impact delivery
  • Coach agile teams to adopt best practices and deliver high‑value, high‑quality product features
  • Supervise a cross-functional team performing development, testing, and DevOps activities
  • Ensure secure, on-time, and high‑quality delivery aligned with agreed KPIs
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to maintain clarity and communication
  • Align team goals with organisational priorities while driving continuous improvement
  • Contribute individually through solution design, high-level design creation, code reviews, and hands-on development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of agile practices and frameworks
  • Demonstrated expertise in burn-down charts, backlog mapping, and agile reporting
  • Experience with continuous delivery tools and processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation abilities
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ members in an inclusive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to coach developers, testers and DevOps engineers
  • Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, C# or Java
  • Solid practical experience working on AWS Cloud
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitHub/GitLab
