Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Security, leads the development and execution of comprehensive security and crisis management strategies to protect company assets, operations, and personnel. This role oversees risk assessments, coordinates cross-functional response teams during crisis events, and drives continuous improvement through post-event analysis. The position requires collaboration with internal and external partners to implement effective mitigation measures and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Manager provides leadership and development for security teams while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance organizational resilience and safeguard business continuity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead crisis management efforts by coordinating responders and resources to resolve events efficiently and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct data-driven security risk assessments to evaluate vulnerabilities and impacts on business operations and assets
  • Develop and implement strategic disaster response, recovery, and mitigation plans aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee multiple security risk projects, influencing global security strategies and ensuring program objectives are met
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance
  • Mentor and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Risk Management, or related field and 4 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area
  • Extensive experience in security management, crisis response, and risk mitigation within complex organizational environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary crisis responders effectively
  • Strong expertise in evaluating security risks, conducting data-driven assessments, and implementing protective programs aligned with industry standards
  • Demonstrated skill in developing strategic disaster response, recovery processes, and global governance initiatives
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, influencing leadership, and fostering collaborative partnerships
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through post-event analysis and process optimization
  • Effective leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
