The role involves ownership of the Revenue plan of a specific LOB/category of programs. The Outreach team for that LOB will report into this position. The role will involve a 2 Tier structure. The frontline Program Advisory team & Team Leaders reporting into this role. The Program Advisors engage with various prospects through Email, Phone, Chat, video conference & other channels and help them enroll in one of the upskilling programs of Emeritus.
Job Responsibility:
Ownership of the Revenue plan of a specific LOB/category of programs
managing the Outreach team for that LOB
overseeing a 2 Tier structure with frontline Program Advisory team & Team Leaders
driving daily Operations of the org of TLs by ensuring KRA’s and KPIs are intact thereby enhancing the Inside sales team’s efficiency
own the Programs revenue and enrolment goals along with the Revenue and marketing leaders
work towards meeting tactical goals around nonperforming programs and ensure a quick turnaround on dynamically changing business-critical goals
ensure the floor coverage and help improve and focus on critical deliverables such as hourly dials and talk time, meeting other input metric targets such as First-time-to attempt, average handling time etc.
proactively plan and mobilize sufficient staffing as per the requirement of the shifts, regions, and the programs
responsible for ensuring adherence to quality parameters for the team
attend Daily stand-ups with various stakeholders and take ownership of Inside Sales metrics including tracking media plan adherence
coach and mentor, the TLs and conduct regular reviews
represent the outreach team in the weekly cross functional business reviews
Requirements:
6+ years of sales experience
inside sales/field sales team handling experience of team sizes of 10+ headcount along with revenue responsibility
good interpersonal & excellent communications skills
strong experience in setting up and leading motivated, ethically sound, high-performance sales teams
track record in setting up governance mechanisms and sales processes
self-motivated & adaptable to changing business needs
ambition to overcome roadblocks and consistently achieve plan
