You will take a central role in developing our global sales capabilities, turning strategy into sales behavior, and learning into measurable performance. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and close to the business. You won’t just design training, you’ll work directly with sales professionals, challenge them, develop them, and help them perform at a higher level.
Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver sales training programmes and learning journeys that improve sales performance
Translate business priorities into sharp, relevant capability-building initiatives
Lead training projects end-to-end—from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up
Create engaging, modern learning experiences, including digital and blended formats
Promote and scale proven approaches across different markets
Elevating the quality and consistency of our sales approach globally
Bringing a modern, commercial lens to learning and development
Leveraging digital tools and global collaboration to scale what works
Making training measurable, relevant, and closely linked to performance
Requirements:
Commercial background and 3–5 years’ experience within sales, sales enablement or facilitation
Experience with sales training
Communication with clarity, confidence, and impact
Make complex concepts simple, relevant, and actionable
Connect training directly to business performance
Experience from sales training courses from e.g. SPIN, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales
Experience with modern, blended learning approaches
